"Love the Borough weekend" with London Riverside Church

Jon Cruddas MP was recently contacted by London Riverside Church in regard to their "Love the Borough weekend". 

The church, located on Parsloes Avenue in Dagenham, closes its usual three Sunday services to run a Fun Day for the local community.

For the third year running, the church welcomes local people to their Fun Day where there will be a variety of activities for children and young people, as well as a free BBQ, jumble giveaway and nail salon for all.

The Sycamore Trust UK- Empowering Parents Empowering Communities

Jon Cruddas MP was recently contacted by the Sycamore Trust. The Sycamore Trust is a charity based in Barking and Dagenham which supports parents, carers and individuals for whom Autistic Spectrum Disorders and/or Learning Difficulties are part of everyday life.

NATIONAL LOTTERY COMMUNITY FUND AWARDS HUGE SUM TO RAINHAM FOODBANK

Over the course of the end of 2022, the National Lottery donated funds to community projects up and down the country, including in Dagenham and Rainham. The National Lottery Community Fund provided almost 2,500 grants last year and one of their biggest funding grants was made available to the Rainham Foodbank.

His response and that moment, not that she knew it at the time, were about to change both her life and his. ‘Miss, I am always tired. I don’t have a bed.’
