Local residents have been informed that Clarion Housing Group has partnered with 5star UK housebuilder Hill to bring forward revised development plans for 90 New Road, Rainham. After a number of years of planning developers are keen to show the local community their enhanced proposals ahead of submitting a planning application to Havering Council. The new plans now include over 650 homes, 35% of which will be "affordable", six commercial spaces on the ground floor, car parking and landscaping throughout.
The exhibition will be held at Millhouse Social Club on Monday 10th September, 3pm-7:30pm. Jon Cruddas MP urges residents to attend this meeting and have their say.
