'Be Internet Legends' Teacher Training

This week Jon Cruddas MP has been contacted by Google and ParentZone with details of a fantastic opportunity for local primary schools across Dagenham and Rainham. The ?Be Internet Legends' teacher training is a free course which consists of a fun, interactive assembly, and a free PSHE Association accredited curriculum pack.

Last year Beam County Primary School took part and this year Jon Cruddas MP is encouraging other primary schools to take up the offer.

Jon Commented: "this is a great opportunity for teachers to gain increasingly necessary internet skills covering topics such as critical thinking, spotting fraud, and sensible sharing. The course also updates teachers on internet safety and digital resilience."

The next workshop open to schools in Dagenham and Rainham is being held on:

    • Wednesday 3 July
    • 9:30am ? 1:00pm
    • YouTube Space London, 6 Pancras Road, Kings Cross, London, N1C 4AG
